cell phone trade-in
has anybody else been refused their trade-in credit by ATT Wireless?
They refused to give me my credit saying I returned my cell phone late which is a lie. And they keep my cell phone.
let me know.

Great. File a better business bureau complaint online. The complaint is forwarded to att upper management and someone will contact you

Unfortunately I already did. Talked to them for 4 hours most of it spent on hold with some lady in Philippines I think. It was useless.

@angrycustomer305 Did you talk to CS or did someone call you from the Office of the President, which is where a BBB complaint goes. If you haven't filed the BBB complaint do so now. It is your best bet for getting this resolved.

@angrycustomer305
Well assuming you did actually speak to someone in the Philippines, that's not US customer support that's a call center. They can't do diddly squat.
You have to speak to the loyalty department, or have someone call you from the office of the president as a result of filing a better Business bureau or FCC complaint.

There's no such thing as a trade-in department. It's coming from a completely third party assurant mobile in Tennessee.
As suggested before please file a better Business bureau complaint
