“Call us or visit a store”
I’m logged into my account and trying to upgrade a phone but it keeps coming back saying to either call AT&T or visit a store. I tried to call the 800-331-0500 number but get connected to an automated line that only provides automated responses and text messages. Finally after repeating my request to connect me to a live agent, it dialed me through…only for it to say the offices are closed and to call back tomorrow. Why am I not allowed to go through with this process? I don’t need or want to call or visit a store!
