Buyers Remorse

I just purchased the iPhone 14 and didn’t realize how much I would miss the extra camera when taking pictures. Unfortunately the box the phone came in was disposed of and when I went back to the store where I purchased the phone from they said they HAD to have that box to do a swap for an iPhone 14 pro; however, I called 611 like the people at the store told me to do and asked them for help. The sweetest lady helped me and said that I did not need a box and that the store is capable of sending my

phone back without the box because everything about the phone from the point of sale is in the system. So before I go running around in circles, has anyone else had this happen to them? I’m going to call the store today and ask them again before I just waste my time and drive there for a second time. Thanks!

AT&T's return requirements also require that you return the original box with all the packing material.

I can only assume that the person you spoke with on the phone thought that you meant the original shipping box not the Apple branded box.
