I had an in home sales person come to my house after a Direct TV call. She sold me on switching my cell phone to AT&T. She was supposed to bring over 4 new phones, do all the switching over and get a family plan.this appealed to me because I don’t have time. She came to the house a week later with all the phones but only gave me mine and left with others (very disappointing for my family). Reason I got was they were under an existing AT&T account. I switched my daughters line that night but it took me 2 hours because I was passed back and forth from departments. The other two lines I just got switched over after calling 4 times going threw them process with promises it will be done.
This all started in March and I’m still dealing with this. That sales person left the company and I was passed on to her superiors Robert Gelozin and Tammy Collins. This has been the absolute worst experience in customer service I have ever had. No communication at all. I call, email, leave texts and weeks go by before I get anything. Tammy promises to talk to me the next day but then another week or two go by and I pay too dollar waiting. I have a couple hundred emails (no exaggeration) I sent with no response. I had also asked for my phone back so I can leave AT&T and was told I would but this has been forgotten about. She really doesn’t belong in her job.
AT&T has been the worst experience I have ever had. No one knows what to do, departments pass you off to each other and there’s no continuity so I have to go threw the story and process every time I call. I would like some resolution to this problem.
