ATTHelp DM Request please - credit owed still not on bill
@ATTHelp can someone please kindly reach out to me via DM? I have still not received full credit that was proven I was owed by AT&T on a previous thread (I can provide link to thread), the previous rep I was dealing with is Vincent from ATTHelp & he confirmed I was owed this credit on the thread - but it still has not been given on my bill after a very long time has passed. I need someone’s help, please! This issue and error on AT&T’s part has caused an insurmountable amount of stress and hardship, thank you!
