AT&T Return Confusion
I did an early upgrade of my iPhone 13 Pro Max for a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. I sent back the 13 Pro Max using the shipping label provided. A couple of days later I decided not to keep the Z Fold 4 due to cost. I called AT&T and the sales associate sent me a return label. I did not realize until yesterday, when I received an email from ATT, that my return was under review—due to the fact that the sales associate sent me a label for my iPhone 13 Pro Max return—so now ATT has my Z Fold 4 and has no idea why. How can I get my Z Fold 4 back? Any help greatly appreciated!
