AT&T is stealing from us!

We had a fraudulent issue on our line and they won't fix it. Fraud department closed the ticket without explanation and we can't talk to anyone. I'm beyond annoyed with the customer service of att. Fix it.

You might have explained a little better.

When fraud occurs there are two victims.   One of them just has more resources than the other.

Fraud is usually theft from both the business and the customer. As in your case.

If you allowed someone onto your account that then stole from you, that is not fraud.

If someone You do not know accessed your account that would be fraud.
