AT&T ID verification

My order was placed on hold and a text message was sent to me so that I could upload my DL and I did that yesterday at 6pm MST and I have not heard back yet. I did get the blue check mark message saying that my upload was complete and to close the page. AND when I check the order status the message asking me to upload my DL is no longer there, and that is the only change in over 24 hours. Can anyone tell me if it took this long or longer for them to review and process your ID docs.

We are here to help with your ID verification concerns, @SMajor59.

 

We do understand how important it is to make sure your order is being processed. When an ID verification is requested, you have 24 hours to upload your ID or your order will be cancelled. 

 

If you successfully added your ID on time, no need to worry as your order will be processed as normal. You may check your order status to get an update on your order. 

 

We will also send out an email once your order has shipped. Please keep an eye out for that. 

 

If you still have any concerns about your order, please let us know, and we can bring you in to a DM to take a closer look at your order status.

Yes, I would like someone to take a closer look at it. I called customer service and gave them the order number and the rep was not able to find my order which I thought was strange especially because I can see the order when I look it up in the track order on the website.

Do you see the bell icon in the upper right corner? If so, click it and see if you see the chat icon. Our message will be there.

I need help getting the status. It's been over a week since I submitted my driver's license and the check order still show  "we are working on you order"..the message asking.e to submit id verification has been removed from the screen now. But nothing else.

I don't have an account number or username and password yet. I'm new to At&t and this is my first phone order. And I completed the id verification on 11/9/2022.

The "We are working on your order" eans that the order has been received and is processing, however it isn't quite ready to be shipped.

 

You can keep an eye on the status of your order online, which'll let you know when you're expected to get the new phone. Also, we recommend you edit your comment and remove the order number as that is important information.
