Has anyone received a favorable resolution when dealing with BJ's or AT&T? Sounds like my case, which is similar to many, is a hopeless cause.

Bj is its own company. AT&T isn’t responsible for their business practices. AT&T only honors what published on the official website. Any issues need to be handled with bj’s

File a BBB complaint against BJ's, even tho they will probably say they are not responsible for the business practices of the AT&T Retailer, and neither is AT&T.
