Accidentally donated phone to military rather than traded it for credit
I checked the "donate to military" box. I didn't know until the final screen said my phone was donated.
How do I cancel my trade in and redo it where the promotion still applies? I intentioned to apply the trade in to go towards the upgrade I got

Call at&t. The community is here primarily for advice from other customers. If you do get a response from ATT help, they would invite you to private message and likely take it to a call
