A existing att customer who wants to upgrade to the S22 ultra unlocked
I wanted to know if it’s Possible if I could upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro to an S22 Ultra, I have bought it unlocked a year ago. Do I have to pay the 13 pro off or do I just pay the amount to upgrade?

Are you saying that you own an iPhone 13 and that's what you're currently using on your account. But you also own and unlocked s22 ultra and you would like to switch your service to the s22 ultra?
If that's what you're asking, it just move your SIM card. There's no activation or upgrade fee if you own the phone outright.
You may need to call AT&T and have them change your data plan from iPhone with 5G to smartphone with 5G
FYI, check the IMEI. If your smartphone is the North American version, it should work just fine with all services.
