ZTE won't connect to wifi
My Digital Life ZTE tablet won't connect to wifi. I cleared/reset it to try to resolve the issue but it still won't connect. All other devices in the household connect; this is the only device that won't. It scans and displays one of two of my networks but after entering the password, the screen says "unable to connect to _______. Please re-enter your password". The password I'm using is correct.

My ZTE Digital Life tablet connects to my homw WiFi, but when i go to sign in to my Digital Life account on the tablet, a notification pops up saying that I must be connected to my home WiFi first, even though I already am. I've tried disconnecting and then reconnecting to the WiFi, but the same notification comes up when trying to log in to my account. I do not know what to do. Please help!

I am having the exact same problem that the OP reported, but I can confirm that I am having no network/service issues. Any suggestions on how to resolve?

@nagham123 Hello. My apologies for the issue that you are having. Did you contact our support center? If this is regarding the In Home Tablet for Digital Life, the tablet has gone end of life and unfortunately there is not a replacement option for the device. We have emailed our customers that are users of the In Home Tablet... are you referring to that tablet or a different tablet? If you would provide your name and either account number or address, I can verify if you were sent an email regarding this and when.
