Transfer of service

Bought a house with DigiLife equipment. Prior owner called AT&T DigiLife and requested "transfer of account/billing responsibility" to me per AT&T DigiLife's request. I call AT&T DigiLife to activate service in my name. Then they ask me to do the same thing again - have previous owner call again ! Going round and round in circles. Can someone help ?

Do you know if the original owner has called to request a transfer of service?

The process begins with them. I would be more than happy to assist you with the transfer but the current account holder must initiate the request. Once they have initiated the request, we will see the information in our system.
