AT&T digital life
I purchased a house in June of 2017 it has att digital life security already installed before I purchased the house. The service was turned off when I bought the house. Now today I have spent 5 hours so far trying to get my security system activated. A technician Came out to activate it but when he tried to activate it wants to charge me for equipment fee of $359.99 and he told me to go to an att store because it needed to be overridden so I wouldn’t have to pay for equipment I already own! The store tried and couldn’t help me so the called digital life customer care and they couldn’t help me so I called the loyalty department who transferred me to someone else who basically told me that after 9 years of cellular and 4 years of U-verse cable and internet that they didn’t care if I shut off all of my services but if I wanted my security system that is new and already installed and working just not being monitored that I would have to pay for the new equipment when the technician and the store said that was stupid! So att this is your last chance! Help!!!!! Or I will find another provider for my cellular cable internet and security needs since my 9 years of loyalty doesn’t seem to mean much to your company!
