@ATTDigitalLifeCS - thanks for the quick response.  As a customer I am caught between a rock and a hard place.  

The Digital Life equipment is dated and lagging behind current products on the market; particularly my exterior cameras.  I am so jealous when I see night vision video footage shared by my neighbors.  

I recently installed the Circle View (HomeKit) doorbell and the night footage is amazing.  I can't say the same for the Digital Life camera that sits above it.  

Do you know if AT&T is focused on both keeping Digital Life service online once the 3G network is sunset and product investments?

Here is an article I ran across today suggesting the 3G network will be shutdown in 2/2022.  Would be helpful to have some guidance so that your customers can plan accordingly.
