ZTE Compel Z830 won't let me download apps.
I got this phone recently and it only let me download one or two apps before it said "out of space." I tried deleting those apps so I could download different ones and it still said, "not enough space." I have a 32 gb card that I put in it and it still acts no different. It does read the sd card, and the sd card is empty. I think it might have something to do with the massive amount of apps the phone came with that I can not delete.

Hi there! @sarbearmcp Thanks for posting your concerns about memory.
Since the SD card shows empty, you’ll want to free up some memory on the phone by moving some of your apps to it. To do this access your downloaded apps list. Ensure you are looking at the downloaded apps, and the apps that allow you to move them to the SD card will have a button titled move to SD card. You can select those and this will help you free up some space on the internal storage.

Same phone Android version 4.4.2 Kernel version 3.4.0.
In aps I do NOT have option to movet to SD card. It appears that only the save pics uses the SD card.
How do I have aps use SD card?

Okay so I've inserted an 62gb SD card into my zte z830. For some reason after inserted that the phone doesn't support SD cards! If that's true then why is there an SD card slot?
