Wifi not working again

This is the 2nd time I have had no wifi in my ***2019 Dodge Durango GT plus***. The first time I took to the dealer and they did an update. It worked for about a month, now it has been 3 weeks with no wifi again, dealer says my phone is no longer compatible and they have no idea how to fix it, yet I am paying for an unlimited plan. When I got home I checked my wifes phoone and other devices and they all can not connect....Please help.....

If you are saying your devices can not connect to the vehicle WiFi, there is nothing ATT can do for you. That’s a Dodge issue. There is no way the reason is your phones being incompatible. Now if you are saying devices can connect to the WiFi but can’t connect to the internet, that probably means the vehicle WiFi is 3G and the 3G network has been shut down. If that’s the reason, that is still a Dodge problem and unless they can replace the vehicle WiFi system with a 4G device, your only alternative is to cancel your plan. No point paying for service you can’t use.

In my car it states 4G LTE. On my phone it states connected but no internet (same with every device I try to connect). 

Thank you for responding to my question but I am still stuck with no real answers....

I will probably just cancel my unlimited wifi plan (if Dodge can't fix it ) with AT&T(not something I want to do).
