Why is the towers in my town down two to three times a month

The tower where I live which is in a town with an substantial population goes down at least once or twice a month. Right now it’s down and this is very frustrating tired if the same ol dog and pony show, the towers are being updated. That’s a lie and all of us know it. The tower needs to maintained but I guess the countless law enforcement agencies and military members who depend on you are irrelevant.

How can we troubleshoot the tower which is the issue, I also have another phone with T-Mobile that doesn’t have the same issue when my AT&T line does. Speaking of which right now, the tower is not functioning once again. My device is working fine, network resets, and software is up to date. The issue is the towers!

Hello @primewi, we genuinely understand your frustrations regarding the towers in your area, and we want to help address these concerns.

Please provide us with the city and zip code of the area you're located so that we're able to confirm which tower is down and process a technical ticket if one hasn't been made already. Also, in the meantime provide us with the make and model of your device so that we may provide additional device support if needed.

Thanks for seeking help from the AT&T Community Forums, and we look forward to assisting you further.

Thanks for the detailed information you've provided, @primewi.

I've confirmed that there are 3 severely degraded towers in your area, that all have planned restoral dates of 08/06/2022. If you're still experiencing service interruptions after that planned date, please reach back out to let us know.

If the concern still persist, we'll go ahead and bring you into a DM for further assistance and review.

Thanks for your time, and we look forward to receiving an update from you.
