Waiting on phone

So I made the mistake also switching to att I been waiting for a week now and nothing has changed I call no help they just say wait after they take your money, if it does not change by 4 today I will be getting my money back and going with Verizon tomorrow! They should not lie just to get sells! I told them how important it was I got it before going out of town for work and they just give 0 (Edited per community guidelines)s about it I’m calling again today if I get the same answer I will be going to Verizon instead

Have you been checking the order status of your current order? We're very curious to know the current status, which may provide some insight on what's going on. If you haven't done so already, you can view this on the Order Management Portal. Once you've taken a look, let us know the current status.

 

You may have also been sent an email pertaining to your order, which would provide additional insight as to why it hasn't shipped yet. Be sure to check there as well.

How do you think I know it’s stuck in order and has not moved? I am not a simpleton I know how to check a order number and I called? More useless information from the AT&T team! Just say hey nothing we can do you just have to wait until we are good and ready to ship it out, we do not care if you was told you would have it in 1-3 days! That was just to get you to get it asap!!! Why not just be honest!! And not waste my time making me go to another provider just so I have a (Edited per community guidelines) phone on a 17 hours trip!!! How about give me some real information than let’s check your order that says it is stuck in order and talk to me like I’m 10 and do not know how to check a order status and tell me oh great news it’s almost ready to ship, and then pretend I do not have any reason to be upset!!! I leave tomorrow night I can not stress enough that I need the phone!! I was told I would have it so why not send me to a store so I have 1 I parted with my old provider do to not having service in allot of areas and you promised I’d have it and it still has not even shipped

There is no chat icon I’m using a iPhone connected to Wi-Fi and if this is just going to be a waste of my time and your just going to tell me the useless information I rather not

Chat is different than a DM (Direct Message).  These message boards do not offer chat.  @ATTHelp offered you a DM.

Desktop ******* sorry (Edited per community guidelines) cause now I have no other choice but to call my company and tell them to ether send someone else or tell the other company they have to wait a few more days which put me out of $1200 so thanks AT@T for lying just to get sell! No wonder you are Verizon’s (Edited per community guidelines) and everyone complain how awful you are
