Unlock request no email received

I received my unlock request code however I never received an email so that I could confirm as requested per instructions. It states have 24 hours to confirm however receiving no email I'm unable to confirm. I have checked my spam folder. 

As instructed by the website I submitted a status request which simply told me request pending. So at this point I have no avenue to pursue to receive an email so I may click confirm

Hey there @Freefall, we want to help you get your device unlock.

If you received a message with your device unlock code and instructions, that means your unlock request has been accepted, and no further confirmation is needed. We recommend you check the instructions in the email along with your unlock status to make sure the request was approved. 


If the request status is still pending, then double check your email inbox, including your junk folder for the confirmation email. It expires 24 hours after the initial unlock request is submitted, and if it expires, then your unlock request will be denied and you'll need to submit another unlock request.
