Unlock app not working
I have a phone that meets all the eligibility requirements for unlocking, and I applied through the website to get it unlocked. However, the email I got told me to just use the app, which crashes before exiting the loading screen. I don't have access to network coverage and can only use hotspot wifi as I'm not in the US at the moment and didn't know that my phone was locked in the first place so the sim card I bought won't work. I'm not active military. Could anyone help me with finding a solution?

I can't call because I don't have a sim card, and I log in to the website you posted and get an error, presumably because I'm not in the US
