Turbo hotspot 2 online password isn't working

I set my turbo hotspot up but skipped the part for linking it to the internet and now when trying to get onto the site for more settings and. Stuff it tells me that it isn't the right password how do I fix this?

Hi JaceyCaro1, we are here to help you with your password reset for the account that is associated with your Turbo 2 hotspot device!

 

We recommend logging in through the management website here: http://hotspot.webui, then selecting 'Forgot password'. You can use the management website to view network information, messages, and device information. 

 

Also, learn how to connect to our AT&T Network, when your mobile hotspot is powered on, it automatically searches for and connects to the AT&T mobile broadband network. Confirm the device is showing 2 or more bars of network signal. Lastly, use our device support tool for device set up and additional troubleshooting.
