I basically upgraded to an iphone 12 pro but wasn’t happy with the screen size so returned it within the 14 days trial period.

Concerning your return, we believe there is nothing more to do on your part. There is no way to track it beyond the return agent, but be assured that the logic agent is an AT&T agent who will take your package to the processing unit.

I am in the exact same situation right now and wanted to ask if you're problem has been solved? if so, how long did it take for them to receive the package? im going on 3 weeks and still have not received a refund. 

I need help for a similar problem. However my trade in was sent to returns vs the trade in label that came 10 days later. I need to get this phone accounted for or i will be charged 700$ for a phone i dont have. Please help!

@carlosh3477 I would advise you file a complaint with the FCC on the FCC website. They solved my problem in less than a week. 

I am having the same issue. They just started a case for me but If not resolved quickly it sounds like going to the FCC was helpful?

Yes they will have it resolved within a week!

How long until it should be processed for a return after this message?

I just discontinued my Directv service, and returned the equipment. Here is the tracking info. It took a full week to get to Sacramento, which is less than a two hour drive from here. And now I see this. Should I be assured that the equipment will be received by ATT?  Thanks.
