Spare battery for Cingular Flex
I'd like to buy a spare battery for my Cingular Flex 4G but have been unable to locate one online. By any chance does the Flip IV use the same battery as those are plentiful online? Thanks for any pointers anyone can provide.

We understand and want to help you find a new battery, @iopsy.
At this time, we don't sell or replace wireless phone batteries, so you'll need to reach out to another retailer in order to get a spare battery. However, you can see the battery details for the Flip IV on its sales page underneath Features & specs.
Thanks for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums, and please reach back out if you have any questions in the future.

Hey there @iopsy, good question! We'll be happy to answer any other questions about this device for you.
We're the manufacturers of the Cingular Flex model number you provided, along all of the other phones listed in our Device Support page. You can find more specific information about the Cingular Flex in its user manual, which you can find a PDF copy of by going to the phone's Device help page and clicking View user manual on the right side of the screen.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for replying, Dylan. I've read both the user manual and device support but cannot find the info to which you refer. Can you be more specific and tell me where in device info and the user manual it says anything about where replacement batteries can be had for the Flex? Did you actually read these sources yourself and spotted the answer to my question. If so, please just share the answer with me rather than sending me on a wild goose chase.

Thank you for the response, @iopsy.
We understand how important it is to get a battery replacement for your Cingular Flex 4G device. The Cingular Flex 4G User Guide provides information about the device, not where you can replace the battery. To get a battery replacement, as the previous agent listed above, it is best to reach out to another retail store and or look online.
