sim lock for use in Turkey

All requests to unlock a AT&T phone has to be submitted via the unlock portal. Have you tried the portal and what was the reply from AT&T.

hello, i am in turkey.  I am not the first buyer of the phone.  I am not doing the steps you mentioned.

yes i tried.  He says he owes the phone.  I think the first buyer has a debt, but the debt does not belong to me.

FYI, AT&T does not provide support via email and therefore there is no email address for support. You must use the portal. If you are denied an unlock code return the phone.   As a non customer, AT&T will not help you and they don't have to.

huh? you bought a used phone that money was owed on, you cant unlock it and you cant pay it off so get your money back or use the phone to hold your door open
