At what point in filling out the online form are you getting an error? If you are no longer an AT&T customer are you filling in the no bubble on the first page? Are you filling in the yes Bubble if you are an existing customer? Are you using your 4 - 8 digit passcode/pin?
Are you feeling in the correct spelling that is listed in your online account?
