Not able to reset the admin login on my Unite Express 2
I am having an issue on my Unite Express 2 MiFi device. It is saying the default password is invalid, but the device will not reset to factory settings when holding down the power button for 15+ seconds. If I were to provide a list of IMEI's, are you able to get these reset to default settings? We are a business with 500 units to deploy.

That process does not work, which is why I'm looking for an alternative. The devices just power off and on and are not doing a factory reset.

I am having the exact same issue with the same device that I bought used. It is inconceivable to me that there is no alternative to reset this device! Would sure like to know if you are able to get this resolved.

Thanks for your response Mellira, but I have already tried to reset this device per the instructions in the document you reference.
If I was able to login to the device, it would not be an issue, but once the option to reset the device has been disabled within the settings AND the default password has been changed, it becomes impossible unless the changed password is given to a new owner. The option to disable factory reset by using the on/off button is apparently an at&t modification, as it is not an option with the non at&t variation of this device. One would think since at&t made this modification, they would also know how to get around it...but apparently not.
As you suggested, I will contact netgear and see if they can help, but I have my doubts.
