Nexus 5 suddenly not sending/receiving MMS

I have had my Google Nexus 5 on AT&T since the winter of 2014 and have had no problems with it. This past week, I stopped being able to send or receive group messages (I receive group messages as MMS that cannot be downloaded) or photos on either Hangouts or Messenger. However, I have no problem accessing the internet on my data connection. Currently on ATT WAP APN--I've tried switching to ATT phone, but it never connects.

Hi there! @angelinalin thanks for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to send or receive MMS. You may need to add a new APN to resolve this.

Some older Android Smartphones may use the wap.cingular APN as the default AT&T setting. This APN no longer supports Smartphone data connectivity and you will need to program the new settings. If you are unable to program your device following the steps below, refer to your user manual or contact the manufacturer for assistance.

1.Access the Settings menu.

2.Locate and select Wireless & Networks or More Networks.

3.Select Mobile Networks.

4.Select Access Point Names.

5.Locate and select the option to add a new APN. This is usually accessed by a + symbol on the screen or by tapping the menu button.

6.Program each field using the settings below.

7.Save the changes to return to the APNs menu and select the new APN.

These APN settings don't fix the issue for me. In fact, it disabled all celluar data for me. I had to go back to WAP settings just to have data without mms.

I'm on Nexus 5:
Andriod version 6.0

The tech at the ATT store was so patient. He tried this solution too and it didn't work.

Also didn't work:
Factory Reset
New Sim Card
