AT&T Cell Booster serves as a small 4G LTE cell tower in the home, that uses the customer's broadband Internet connection to carry the call or data traffic to the AT&T network when customers experience difficulty with in-home coverage. This article covers requirements and specifications for the AT&T Cell Booster product.

 

If you have not recieved your order. We encourage you to check your order status at our AT&T Order Management Portal.

  • Search using your order number and billing, shipping, or store ZIP Code. Or, enter your AT&T User ID and password to find information about your order.

You can also find out when your order ships by following these steps:

  1. Go to My orders.
  2. Do one of the following to see your recent orders:
    • Search for your order.
    • Sign in to myAT&T.
  3. Find the order you want to check.

@vanprooyen257333  Did you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or just a confirmation number? If you didn't get either one, and you don't see it on your My Orders page as mentioned above, then the Cell Booster order was probably never completed and you won't get one. Without any sort of confirmation number to track or an actual tracking number there is no way to find the "order". If you have that information, then you can call Support back and see what they can do. My guess is very little but now that they are on sale online at AT&T, there is some in inventory and they may be able to still get one to you being as you order was promised but "missed".
