Hi @far00q!

I know how important getting your Blackberry Priv unlocked is and I’m sorry that you are having trouble. SIM locked BlackBerry devices have up to five locks on them which are:

SIM locked BlackBerry devices have up to five locks on them which are:

  1. MEP1: SIM Unlock Code
  2. MEP2: NCK Code (Network Unlock code)
  3. MEP3: Network Subset unlock Code
  4. MEP4: SP Code (Service Provider unlock code)
  5. MEP5: Corporate Unlock Code

Does your phone specify which one? If you entered a code incorrectly numerous times, it will lock the SIM card. To get the PUK Code:

You need to be logged in to your myAT&T account from your tablet or desktop to complete these steps:

  1. At the top of the page, select myAT&T > Wireless > Plan, Features, Upgrades > My Phone / Device.
  2. Choose Select to pick the device that needs the PUK code.
  3. Select Get your PIN unlock key (PUK).
  4. The PUK code and instructions for your device display.
  5. Follow the steps to enter the PUK code and unlock the SIM card.

Once you take care of that, you can try to get the unlock code for the device. For instructions, please click here.

Hope this helps! Please come back anytime, we are here to assist!

I'm having the same issue on a At&t Blackberry Priv. Non-Us Resident. It originally was asking for a PUK code. Which now changed to MEP Locked. Any ideas anyone?
