moto 8 g power- no mobile data
got a moto 8g power few months ago. everything worked marvelously... until i gave att my new imei#.. was trying to do a hotspot, so called 611 and gave them the new imei, only to be told afterwards that my current plan doesnt allow. ever since then, i cant use mobile data or send pics. have exhausted all troubleshooting options w/ them.. now they say that its a problem with "the phone" and need to purchase new one directly from them..
How come "the phone" worked fine until they updated it in their system?????
