Locked phone from Walmart
I bought and paid 400 CASH for an iphone se at WALMART completely unlocked to any carrier. My daughter used it with her ATT account and ATT locked it to their service! with what right do you have to do so? I need to use this phone and shouldnt have to go through your hoops to do so

If you wanted unlocked, you had to buy from Apple. Walmart phones are not unlocked. Phone sold at Walmart, Target, and Best Buy are subject to Apples us Flex activation policy. That means they lock to the carrier as soon as you inset a Sim card.
