IFWA40 Rebooting issue
Over the past few weeks, when receiving or making a call through the "landline" phone connected to the unit, it suddenly reboots itself. In the process, we are unable to answer or make a call. It may let you talk for a few seconds and then it reboots itself. Or after the first ring, it reboots itself. I refreshed the connection from the AT&T website, and it worked fine for one call.

We are here to help you with your wireless router IFWA 40, QuinnPappy.
We do understand how important it is to make sure you have a strong connection to be able to make calls from your landline.
Thank you for letting us know what steps you have already tried.
Let's try resetting the device:
If that doesnt help, you can also perform a factor data reset:
Note: You will be prompted to click OK to confirm.
Also, we can use a little more information.
Try these steps and let us know how it goes! We look forward to your response.

Did a reset per instructions. It did not fix the issue. The unit receives four bars for signal strength.

My issue has not been resolved. They have closed my case # 20230106-155529518, stating local network issues. I really think that it is the unit is defective. It is now shutting down and restarting even when there is no call coming in or going out. I would appreciate to have the unit replaced.

Please create a new thread. My concern is not about Internet. The unit is used to receive and make telephone calls and that is it.
