I received the code to unlock my device but it is the wrong code, can someone help me with this, please?

Hi, 

My request to unlock a Netgear MR1100 was approved, I received an email with instructions and the unlocking code. The issue is the code is wrong.  I was approved and received a confirmation email with instructions and the unlocking code I also checked the "unlock status page" and you can see the status is approved. But the code is incorrect. Can someone please help me?

Follow the steps provided at Device Unlock Instructions.

 

You can submit another request, and we’ll resend the code. Heads up! There’s a limit to the number of times you can try to enter the code to unlock your device. The specific number depends on your device model and manufacturer.
