I damaged my phone and need to change my vmail greeting
I damaged my phone and need to change my voice mail greeting until I can get it replaced. I tried putting my SIM in a freinds phone and resetting his vociemail number then hitting the longpress 1 combination but I just get a busy signal, can I reset it on the web or some other way?

Hello @htronin.
We understand that you want to change your greeting for voicemail, but this might not be possible until the device is replaced.
If you have Visual Voicemail you may be able to log into the app form another's device to change your greeting, but if it is standard Voicemail you would need to wait until the phone is replaced.
