How to unlock ZTE Z700a

Thanks for reaching out to us. It would be a pleasure to assist you in unlocking your ZTE Z700a. 

It sounds like the device may need a factory reset. To start please make sure you meet all Unlock requirements. 

Have you followed these steps to unlock your device?:

1. you will need to take a pen or something thin enough to hold down the reset button on the bottom of the device. 
2. Place the sim card of the service provider you wish to use securely in the sim card slot. Make sure your device is powered off when removing or inserting a sim card.
3. Look for the device IMEI
4. Next please visit our device unlock request online. It will ask for the device IMEI
5. Your unlock code will likely be emailed to you unless your choose a different option. Please keep in mind it can take up 24-48 hours at times to be approved. 
6. Our online portal will then request the unlock number that was sent to you
7. Enter the number and submit.

I requested an unlock code for ZTE Z700A which requires 16 charters, the code sent is only 15 charters. HELP
