How to unlock an ATT locked phone without any ATT current service

It's not rocket science

Where did you get the phone if you don't know the number or have an AT&T account?

I bought the phone on ebay.  But since it is a iphone 11, it can not be more than 1 year old.  I do not have access to the original owner to get att number

Age makes no difference. It it's locked (hopefully not blocked) to AT&T then getting it unlocked could prove to be very difficult if not impossible. eBay huh. Caveat emptor.

I hope someone can provide a hint to help me.  If you don’t know how to do it, you don’t have to waste time and space here.

There’s an option to unlock as a non customer.
