How to export Lumia 640 mms to import into Iphone
Would anyone have a solution of exporting Windows/Lumia 640 mms messages with images out to import into an Iphone.
I can get the SMS out but MMS with images are not in a format I can use.
Thanks

I recently did a simiar type of thing, going from Win10 phone to Android. I had a heck of a time, but did eventually find an app that did both.
I had to export them seperately, but when I done I had all my SMS and MMS data moved over.
If I remember the app name, I'll edit my post, but I figure knowing that it's out there is a start...

Thanks for the reply but I have tried various apps without any success for MMS. If you remember the app that would be a solution.

@watcomI found my data that I used to do this (I had backed it up on my Win10m device and PC as part of the process, although I had several data "packages" as part of my experimentation), and I'm about 95% sure it was the Carbonite app (free version) I used, to go from Win10m to Android. I definitely had to do my MMS and SMS seperately, and it was a pain and took some time, but it worked ;-]
The data packages that I persisted (i.e. didn't delete) after the process, on all devices, definitely have the Carbonite metadata on them, hence my 95% thing (probably more like 99, but I'm being safe with my recommendation).
I didn't look into going to iOS, but I'd be pretty shocked if they didn't have a version for that phone as well, looking at their FAQ it sure appears that they cover all three platforms with this functionality.
I know I tried both a Win app and the AT&T app, before I got this one working, it was a tense few hours of fiddling...

Carbonite does have an Android app but not a Windows phone one. I tried the app with the various options Windows phone offer to backup their SMS and MMS messages. Carbonite seems to use a .xml file to reference to that unfortunately the Windows phone/Lumia backup show to the app as invalid. Even renaming the outputted Windows file did not correct the invalid registration.
So no go with Carbonite it seems. Thank you for your time.
