Order one online. If your intention is to start new service fill out that information. New SIM card is sent overnight.

You should verify that your phone is capable of working on AT&T by entering the IMEI

Sim not supported indicates that the phone is Carrier locked. If it was originally sold by AT&T than it is Carrier locked to AT&T. If it was originally sold by and for a different service provider, like straight talk, cricket, etc. Then it is still locked to one of those service providers. You need to contact the service provider and unlock the phone from its original service provider. If it is an AT&T locked phone, you unlock here.

Thanks but customer service will in fact have to fix this issue you see my phone got lost and apparently who ever took it tried to activate it on a different Netwerk like straight talk and my phone is locked to AT&T only so now it is locked in the activation mode and I can’t even put it back on my AT&T account.
