Help, I need to unlock my AT&T iPhone
Hello, I have an iPhone 11 and I am outside the United States and I cannot use a SIM card since it tells me that I have a carrier lock in AT&T. I proceeded to make an unlock request through the operator's page but it tells me the following message:
We can’t unlock your device until all device installment payments have been made. To unlock, sign into your account to review and pay off your installment plan (https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/passthrough/installmentplan). You can submit a new unlock request (https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/) 24 hours after your account shows the device has been paid off. If you pay off your device as part of your regular
bill, you’ll need to wait until the start of your next bill period to unlock it.
Help, please!

Only the original owner can pay off the phone. If you bought the phone second hand and are not the original owner, you can’t pay it off and the phone won’t be unlocked until it is paid off.

Okay is the iPhone paid off?
No?
Then you would have to follow the advice that is already been given.
You log into your account, use a credit or debit card to pay off the phone. Then you have to wait the suggested 24 hours and then submit an unlock request.
The alternate is to use your AT&T SIM card with International day pass
You're asking for help but you've already been told what to do so I'm not sure what help You're Expecting or asking for
