Go Phone Refill Not Working

I just purchased a refill card for my go phone and it will not let me diall the *888* number followed by the pin and when I call the 800 number from another phone, it says that my phone number is not recognized after I enter it.

Hi there @mandaboyd

I’m sorry to hear that you have been unable to apply your GoPhone refill card. I would recommend attempting to refill your account online. To do so:

Go to myAT&T, and log in with your GoPhone wireless number and 4-digit password.
Select Refill Account and choose GoPhone Refill Card.
Enter the card PIN, and then select Refill Now.

I started with Z222 3 weeks ago now says account due, tried to do on line says my cell number sans spaces is not that of a go-phone user.
