Formerly T-Mobile LG Stylo 4 not working at my Home
I purchased an unlocked LG Stylo 4 (LM-Q710TS) from an individual. I took it to an AT&T store where they verified that it was unlocked, set me up with AT&T service, verified that I have AT&T service where I live and made sure it was working for voice, text & data. When I got home, 70 miles away, I had no service for anything.
A week later I took it to another store where they told me that they think it has something to do with it originally being a T-mobile phone -- I do NOT have T-Mobile service where I live.
Another week later, I took it to a T-Mobile store and they could not understand why it wouldn't work at my home since it worked "in the city".
So far, I've paid for a phone that I haven't been able to use and already 1/2 month of AT&T service -- which I cannot use at my home or other more local towns to where I live (99+% of the time).
Any help would be appreciated.

I’m not sure what you expect for a reply? If you are using AT&T service that has nothing to do with T-Mobile anymore. The phone has the same bands for AT&T and T-Mobile service, you would just be now using AT&T towers instead of T-Mobile towers. Do you have other phones that work with AT&T service in your area?

That's why it is so puzzling that this phone does NOT. But again, as I
mentioned, the only thing I can see different, is that the phone is
"branded" for T-mobile and there is no T-mobile service in this area -- but
works in areas that DO have T-mobile service, even though it is currently
set up to use AT&T service. I am quite sure there is something in the
settings, software or firmware that is preventing it from working here.
I was reading something last night about setting up an APN with
wap.cingular information. I tried that but it didn't help (though, perhaps,
the setup info was not correct???).
So, again, I'm looking for whatever suggestions anyone might have ;-D

find it by searching the AT&T database or using the wayback machine. I'd
LOVE to try it if I can find it ;-D

For some reason there are a whole bunch of broken links. That one worked the other day when I tried it after I posted now it does not. I get a 404 error. See photo

Unfortunately the only conclusion I can draw is that the AT&T coverage near your home is not as good as the map indicated .

problems. All the maps show full solid coverage here, too. There still have
to be some other answer.

Don’t know what to tell you it has the same bands for AT&T as for T-Mobile. The phone was also sold by cricket which is wholly owned by AT&T.
