I am unable to receive email to confirm my unlocking process

Not a home phone issue, moved to wireless forum. If you aren’t getting the confirmation email, your unlock request will not process. Unfortunately, no one here can do anything about you not getting the email unless ATTHelp responds and offers to help.
i'm in the same situation, ATT unlock portal is down since 3 weeks, called att no one can help ! very disappointed
How can we improve?
