Discount not honored
I ordered a new line for an I Pad on Black Friday with a $150.00 discount AT&T canceled my order the next day because they couldn’t verify it was me, I sent a copy of my ID as requested. I called today when I received the cancellation notice and they placed the order again over the phone but refused to give me the discount. That is wrong of AT&T, how many people did they do this to!?
I have 3 phones and now this I pad as soon as I can I will pay them off and switch to Verizon. My order with the discount was canceled by them for no reason. What a scam! I
