Can't get past the first step on the unlock site
I've tried multiple times a day for the last week to request a unlock for my phone but I cannot get past the first step of the unlock site where all I did was enter my phone number before it saying "We're having technical issues right now. Please give us a few minutes to sort it out, and then try again."
I give it a few minutes, and try again and get the same exact thing. It's been a week now. It honestly seems like AT&T doesn't want me to unlock my phone, I have no clue as to why this won't work. I've seen other people with this problem but I've yet to see a solution to it.
My bill is paid off, it's been more than 48 hours since my last payment, I've had active service for more than 60 days, I don't have a past due balance, and it isn't active on another account. What more do I need?
I am already out of the country and I need to use my other sim for work and it's making my daily life difficult. There honestly should be some sort of customer service chat on the website than this forum for customers who can't make the call.

That’s your problem and why you keep getting the network difficulties message. The unlock portal just doesn’t work from many locations abroad. Try using a VPN to a US based network. As for calling, why can’t you? Do you not have roaming service? The call to the international support number is free.
