can't enter fastboot mode

hello, i can't enter fast boot mode no matter what, i tried holding down the buttons but no matter how long i hold down both volume keys and the power button but no matter what it won't start when i hold down the buttons, i even turned on oem unlock, i use a alcatel 5059R phone, please help

The below steps should assist, but keep in mind this may factory reset the device:

Power the device completely off.
Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons.
When the device vibrates, release the Power button but continue holding the Volume Down button.
When you see Android system recovery, release the Volume down button.
Use the Volume keys to highlight Wipe data/factory reset, then press the Power button.
Use the Volume keys to highlight Delete all user data, then press the Power button
