Alert: mobile broadband disconnected

Your data connection is disconected

Hoe do i get it connected i paid with yhe go plan card have 5g of data caled att support...nothing..

Greetings and salutations! I’m sorry to hear your data connection has been disconnected! I will be more than happy to help.

 

If everything is still enabled on the account I would suggest restarting the phone first. If your still not getting data let’s check our settings. Please click on this link, to visit our Device Support page. Once there click on Change Device and select your make and model. Please click on Tutorials, and then Connectivity. Under this please select Signal & Cellular Data to make sure cellular data is on.

 

If these steps don’t resolve your issue I will be sending you a private message, so we can take a look at the account and make sure everything is in order.

I have an older Netgear hotspot and it seems to no longer be supported on the support site.  I suddenly got this Alert error yesterday saying my Mobile Broadband was disconnected.  My bill is current.  How does this happen?  How do I fix it especially since there seems to be no manual online any longer through ATT's site?
