WHY is this Login issue not fixed yet?
I have been attempting to log into my wireless account to pay my bill, and keep getting redirected to a different login page, which then returns me to the original login page... In reading back through different posts in this forum, it appears that this issue has been going on for at least a month now... I do NOT have time to spend hours on the phone trying to pay my bill, and it is now past due. Can you please tell me when this issue is going to be fixed? I have been with AT&T for probably 15-20 years, but customer service over the past few years has slowly been spiraling downward, and I am becoming more and more dissatisfied. I do not want to change providers, but unless things improve, I will have to do so...
