WHY is this Login issue not fixed yet?

I have been attempting to log into my wireless account to pay my bill, and keep getting redirected to a different login page, which then returns me to the original login page... In reading back through different posts in this forum, it appears that this issue has been going on for at least a month now... I do NOT have time to spend hours on the phone trying to pay my bill, and it is now past due. Can you please tell me when this issue is going to be fixed? I have been with AT&T for probably 15-20 years, but customer service over the past few years has slowly been spiraling downward, and I am becoming more and more dissatisfied. I do not want to change providers, but unless things improve, I will have to do so...

Are you possibly trying to access your account from outside the US ?  This is my situation, and I'm experiencing the same thing.

I spoke with an ATT online support specialist who indicated that account access from outside the US was currently broken -- I wasn't able to ascertain whether this ever worked or will ever work (again).

I also haven't tried with my US VPN to see if this is actually the problem, or if she was just blowing smoke.

Regardless, this is a seriously flawed website (with some seriously bone-headed execs who must think that blocking international IPs would provide some sort of "security").  Add ATT to the growing list of unusable websites.

I am currently outside the US, and have been for several years and have not had any issues logging into my account to pay my Bill, I last paid my Bill online 1 June 2017, but I can no longer log in. The website is now different and when I try to log in, it goes thru what it looks to be redirects then back to the original login screen WITHOUT logging me in......From what I have read it looks as if they combined the wireless with DirectTV etc and messed up the redirect links or the Accounts....

I have had an account with AT&T since 2008, and if they do not fix it soon, Verizon Wireless will soon be getting my 200 bucks a month.

Hello @heatherv0716,

I apologize for the issues you are encountering with the website. I’d be more than happy to assist you with this.

Ensure the internet browser you’re using is the latest version. If it is up-to-date, it would be best to try another browser. I would also recommend going into your browser settings, and clearing the cache and cookies.

Dialing *729 will provide you with the ability to pay your bill over the phone. You also have the option of visiting a local AT&T store to pay your bill if necessary.

I will be reaching out to you via PM to get more information on the situation. My message will appear in your Forum’s Inbox. You can find this in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

@et01267, @elsamsjr If you are still experiencing issues after this troubleshooting, let us know by sending a PM to @ATTMobilityCare

This has nothing to do with browser settings or anything else.  It is because ATT is idiotically blocking access from international IP addresses (for at least some of the resources on their web page).

When I use a VPN (with a US endpoint) to access the ATT account site, it works fine.

So your only options are to use a VPN or to get a different carrier.   Or wait until ATT hires some less clueless IT people.

Jordan's suggests are fairly pointless (dial star code, visit local store) since the customer IS NOT IN THE US.  That's the whole point.  Please read the post before replying with cut/paste pablum.

I've tried multiple browsers on different PCs, and from different locations (home and work), as well as clearing all cached and historical data with no success.  It has nothing to do with where you come from as I'm in the USA.  It is a structural flaw in your website.  Absolutely none of the suggestions by AT&T or others alleviate the issue.  The website IS the issue.  Please fix the website so that it can be used as intended.  This is a terrible, terrible website.
