Why are AT&T talk and text/data logs so woefully incomplete?
I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. In the past when I needed to document billable time spent texting and talking I could go to my log and have a record. For some time now the available data has dwindled to almost nothing where text/data is concerned. Talk is only slightly better. I'm retired now and starting a new business in which the same information would be helpful. For grins I went to my log for my usage and there was nothing other than what I assume to be spam texts. I have been texting with my kids all weekend and into this week and not one appears. This does not bode well for the information I would like to have for my business.
Here is an example. Other than "Rob" who is not an AT&T customer no other texts are documented other than the Robo texts you see. I messaged with at least 3 people all weekend and no log, these are AT&T customers using Apple products as I do.
What's up? Why even provide a log?
