Text Log Not Updating

So, my text log for the 2 lines on my account used to update every couple hours at least. Recently though, it is nearly 2 days behind, which makes monitoring my lines quite difficult. Call logs are okay, but text logs are significantly behind, both online & in the app. Is there any way to fix this? Or to get the accurate data sooner?
